Most sourcing agents are intermediaries who connect buyers with suppliers and take a commission. We are operationally different: we have our own registered trading company in China that purchases goods as a principal, and our own logistics entity that handles freight. This means we control costs, documentation, and quality at each stage — and we are contractually accountable for the outcome, not just the introduction.
In many cases, yes. The primary reason is that we purchase direct from factories in China, eliminating intermediary margins. However, we won't claim we can always do better — it depends on your current supplier's structure and the product category. That's why we offer the invoice comparison: send us your current quote and we'll show you the actual numbers, not an estimate.
There is no fixed minimum from our side. Minimum order quantities are set by manufacturers and vary by product. For some categories (electronics components, for example) MOQs can be as low as a single unit for samples. For others (custom manufacturing, raw materials) MOQs may be higher. We advise on realistic MOQs as part of the initial quote.
Initial sourcing quote: 24–48 hours. Production lead time: 7–45 days depending on the product and whether it is in stock or custom manufactured. Sea freight transit: 18–45 days depending on destination. Air freight: 3–7 days. We provide specific timelines as part of every quote, including estimated delivery date to your location.
We handle all Chinese export customs as standard. For import customs at the destination, we coordinate documentation and can work with your local customs broker or refer you to a partner in your country. We provide all required export documents: commercial invoice, packing list, certificate of origin, bill of lading, and any certificates required for your product category.
We accept payment in USD, EUR, and RUB depending on your jurisdiction. Our Chinese entity handles yuan-denominated factory payments on your behalf, removing the need for you to navigate cross-border CNY transfers. We discuss payment terms — advance, partial, or against documents — as part of each transaction.
We deliver worldwide. Our most active trade lanes currently serve Russia, Kazakhstan, Central Asia, and parts of Europe and the Middle East. We can quote delivery to any country with an open import framework for your product category. Sanctions-restricted routes are excluded.
